“The Western Way”

The "Western Way" is a unique company culture that has been cultivated over six decades. It is an attention to detail that doesn't always allow us to take the easy way, but which we all believe is well worth the extra effort. We hire and train amazingly talented people, and the combination of their personalities and skills creates something that is truly outstanding. We are all very passionate about what we do and about the special places in which we are privileged to live and work. We think of ourselves as shepherds with a duty to lead our guests through these canyons and deliver them safe and happy at the end. Along the way, we hope to teach, entertain, encourage, inspire, and create lasting friendships. Seeing these places for the first time again, through the eyes of our guests, gives us our greatest satisfaction.
